MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

STEP 1

To make a return / exchange, open your account.

STEP 2

Then click on the "Order history and details" section

STEP 3

Once in your history, click on Details.

STEP 4

Select the product(s) you wish to return/exchange by checking the different boxes. Leave us a comment with the reasons why you return. Don't forget to print the "return form" and fill it out.

STEP 5

Return the product to G4 SARL, 167 Promenade des flots bleus, Atoll Beach entree E, 06700 Saint-Laurent-du-Var.

Once the package is returned at your expense, we will proceed to your request formulate during the return procedure. If it is a change of size, we will send you back the right product for free.
