The G4 team knows it, and loves the Christmas and New Year holidays, but the holidays are not the best time to train! Today we have decided to give you four tips, which will help you better understand the period during and after Christmas holidays as well after New Year’s Day!
LEMON JUICE
- You have eaten too much in the last days, are you in doubt? Our first tip is simple! Drink a glass of hot lemon juice on an empty stomach every morning . So you will clean your body and help to recover after two difficult days! In addition to stripping your organs, know that you can apply this ritual without moderation since it has no side effect on your health!
RIDING IS THE ANSWER
- Second tip! You are often referred to as a training block to prepare a deadline. Well know that the training block can also prepare for the arrival of the holiday season! Your body will be ready to accommodate the amount of unusual food and excesses! So do not wait, go train following the holidays with in your empty stomach your simple juice of lemon squeezed!
LONG TRAINING
- We told you about winter training and its importance in a recent article! Remember, “the strength of summer comes from the work of winter”. It is therefore important to enjoy the Christmas holidays for long trips with friends! Spend hours on your bike at low intensity, enjoy the moment and share this with your fellow outings.
Are you living on the Côte d’Azur ?
- We are January 2, 2018 and it is currently sunny on our beautiful Promenade des Anglais! For those lucky who live there, it’s time to motivate yourself by taking advantage of the weather and ride our bike for quality outings and training! Some do not have the chance to see the sun every day and be able to go out with a simple long jersey so enjoy!
We are done with the tips for now, enjoy your family and the new year . Keep in touch in 2019 for the next article of the G4 team!
