Today was the Tour de France 2020’s official presentation of the first two stages in Nice. The “grand départ” will be a fantastic event. The G4 team was luckily there. Big names was present for the announcement of the 2020 of the Tour de France departure in the city of Nice. Christian Estrosi (PACA Region President) Christian Prudhomme (TDF Director), Yann Le Moenner (ASO Director) and Thierry Gouvenou (ASO Technical Director).

A beautiful presentation of the first two stages of the 3rd world sport event! Geoffroy Lequatre was able to find some former team mates from the professional peloton such as Thomas Voeckler, Amaël Moinard, Alexandre Vinokourov!

On the program, two magnificent stages start from and finishing on the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. What a stages ! We discovered them with enthusiasm and want to share more about this start of the Tour de France 2020! Stay tuned!

LOOPS AT THE “TOUR DE FRANCE” GRAND DÉPART.

A magnificent hilly stage for this “grand départ” of the Tour de France, two loops of 50 km await riders with the Aspremont climb as the main difficulty. Then a 70 km loop to finish and a third climb to the beautiful village of Aspremont. It will undoubtedly be a great battle between teams of sprinters and all rounders for this “grand depart” on the French Riviera.

MOUTAIN : THE TURINI PASS

In 2020, the departure will be fullgas! Indeed, it is a huge stage that will await the riders for the second stage of the Tour de France. On the program, the “Col de la Colmiane”, the “col du Turini”  and a final with the famous Col d’Eze ! Who knows ? Maybe at the finish of this second stage in Nice, we will already know the winner of the 2020 Tour de France.
